From the author
Let's see, I was born in the Midwest, but moved to Atlanta in my
teens. After high school, I went to college but quit after a year and a half to work in film. My career in filmwork was very
short lived, so I returned to Atlanta to finish school. After the birth of my daughter I entered cosmetology school and began
working in a salon. It didn't take me long to decide that a career in hair was not for me. By the time I married with daughter
#2 and a newborn son, I'd had more jobs than I could count. I did everything from acting to modeling to office work to advertising and
the list just continues to grow. My mom claims that I am a hippy. If by that she means I refuse to be nailed down to something
I abhor, I guess she's right! Finally my soul's thirst was quenched when I enrolled in a novel writing workshop. Something
clicked, I'd found an outlet for all of my creative energy (much to my husbands relief) Peace Be Still
is a story that I hope touches you, the reader, in a special way and causes you to consider the beliefs you
hold dear. Enjoy!
